In Memoriam
Howard Tuner was an original member of SOICA. He was a brilliant construction lawyer, respected by all who crossed his path. His book on Mechanics Liens is a gift to all Illinois lawyers and by extension their clients. Not only was Howard’s knowledge of the law broad and deep, but also a shining example of the Jewish faith. He was a giant in our legal community, and will be missed.
